Dear Sir,
My wife has submitted her application for new duplicate passport due to loss of her old passport by UK border agency in London..Now she submitted last week and we got 3 help desk no. to know the status [protected],[protected],[protected] as there is no website where we can check the status of application how it is in india...
. I am trying these nos. for last 3 days for whole day.I am not sure whether any person is sitting infront of these phone as i always got a engange tone...So the service is so poor that we sometime got frustrated...I have send 2 mails also but havent recieved any reply.I would like to request to cross check above nos. whether anybody is picking your call or not.
Now without any information,If i will visit to indian embassy,they will say why come without any appointment.So let me know what should i do against this poor service by indian embassy in london. Was this information helpful? |
