To The manager, IBP Unleaded Petrol getting from the IBP pump ( Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum, Kerala ) opposite to the Kazhakootom police station is mixed pertol. Mileage of my two wheeler for Rs.50 is ~50 Km from any other pump. But the Mileage is maximum of 40KM for Rs.50 from this pump. After filling the pertrol, sound of the engine will change. After changing the source, i had given the vehicle for serivicing. Service personal asked me " Why you are mixing pertol to this branded bike. Engine will be damaged". I tried the experiement twice with this IBP pump and another pump. My collegues have the same complaints. Kindly investigate and take appropriate measure by cancelling the contract and license such an frauds Was this information helpful? | |

Yeah, This is true. I am staying near Kazhakootam. Me and my friends always keep away from this pump.
The second pump, near AL-SAJ does their trick on the machine. Whene ever you go there and start filling petrol, make sure of the 00 reading in the machine. Just before the filling starts, the reading jumps from 00. I have noticed this almost everytime when I go there!!

I agree with this. I stopped filling petrol from here, for my car/bike. When I fill petrol from here, my bike stops inbetween and after that it is difficult to start. If I fill from any other pump, it is not happening. Many of my colleagues also noticed this.

Yes.. this is true.. My bike is giving 60kmpl when i fill from other bunks in tvm.. but from this bunk i m getting only 45 to 50 kmpl :-(
The information is true. Myself and my friends have stopped filling petrol from Kazhakuttam. Even though we are staying at kazhakuttam, now we fill petrol from Pattom

Yes it is absolutely true.. most of my colleagues and all youngsters around trivandrum knows that fact that IBP in Kazhakutam is run by fraudsters.I think everyone should pass this info to everyone they know.

The compaint speciifed is correct. Am also a victim when i travelled at night from Technopark to Thrissur by CAR.

I too agree for the complaint on the pump opposit to Kazhakkutmam police station.
Now they have started filling 50 paise less that what you ask for. i am watching this from last 6 or seven months. if you ask for 100/- or 50/- rupees petrol they will fill only for 49.60 or 99.60 rupees. i asked the guy about this and he replied me that he is doing as directed by his owner.
