[Resolved]  IBPS — Paid the fees,but cant able to apply online

IBPS is acting like a FRAUD. i have been trying to register myself for last 3days, but still im nt able, as the link page is nt working.

I have paid the fee for Common written Exam.
but i am unable to apply through online.
the www.ibps.in web site open but the apply online option did not open.
I am trying since 7 days.
I request u, please do something sir.
give me any other link through I can apply for the exam.
pls guide me sir.

I am Prerita Singh, I have paid fees for IBPS through NEFT mode, but I am not able to successfully submit the online application. Every time I try to submit the application form I get the message->
YOUR APPLICATION NOT SUCCESSFULLY SAVED, IMAGES COULD NOT BE CREATED,
DB OPERATION FAILED.

Kindly help me sir.Plz sir suggest me how can I successfully submit my application form.
