SBI — your online registration failed

i am one of the ordinary candidate of the nagpur who are applying the online the registration form, but the page show error so please check your system.

my name is priyanka, i paid the fee in sbi bank for clerical crade post in sbi.but i could'nt receive the hall ticket

I WANT To "Apply Online for IBPS Common Written Examination for Clerical Cadre 2012" on date- 05/11/2012 near about 11 am. I had entered all my details and when go for submit via online transaction through my SBI Account it shows me Your online transaction is failed but they deduct 409/- Rupees from my SBI BANK Acoount. I want my money back.Please do something.
My account is showing "POS PRCH POS[protected] BILLDESK SBIPG" in narration.
I have also not got the ibps confirmation email.
I also attached online transaction details with is please do something.

I have applied post Rajbhasa Officer in SBI and generated registration no 28000521 and password is 7G3SSZH5 . But at a time of submitting the online money will be deducted from my account and not geting the confimation to print out of application.
