IBPS — special officer result

hello sir/mam
I Tanya agrawal, have given the special officer ( HR) exam which was held on 11 march 2012. when result was declared my status showed that I am fail but today I have seen my mark-sheet on net then i came to know that i have obtained the marks above the minimum standered marks so how am i failed ?????????
sir it will be a big fall in my career so please do the rectification regarding my problem as soon as possible....

I am having the exact problem .I have scored qualifying marks in each sectio and still the result says "FAIL". Besides this the score mentioned is also incorrect, sum is not correct.

They are not attending phone calls and not replying to email. They are even rejected R.I.T form. Please suggest how to proceed.
