I am facing the same issue. I am waiting on my $300 refund for 6 months now. They are chetaing me by saying different dates and extending it...please all it guys dont file with them again...

I am also waiting on my about $329 refund for 8 months now. They are saying different dates and extending it...They don't reply now any more.. I have send many many emails to many ibsn people.
Is there any way to get hold of these guys?

you people wont get any thing from ibsn.
I have been waiting for my $300 dollars for more than a year now. I think we should sue them for mass fraud and make sure that they learn their lesson and stop cheating people like this.
I have similar issue. It seems, IRS sent some letter asking more info. But they didnt inform me. At the same time, IRS is not giving me all the details, as it sent the letter to IBSN consultant. Now there is no reponse for emails or for phone. My refund is 2400 USD.

This year was my first time usage of IBSN for tax filing and I should say I am really disappointed with the service and response from IBSN. IBSN was suggested by one of my friend. I had used online tax filing site. I am filing US tax for 2010 from India. I have been repeatedly sending my query through internal message system many times and there is no response.
They filed by state tax return and since it was having lot of errors, State tax return was rejected. This was after I paid the amount for tax return. Since then, there is no response from IBSN even when i try to contact them through messaging or email. Their contact number most of the time never works (no one picks up) and when at times some one picks up, nothing significant happens.
There is absolutely no response from IBSN regarding this.There is no help from IBSN side to urgently process the same. The phone numbers or emails given in the site never works. No response from it. Phone number never works. IBSN has made mistakes in my CA tax filing report and the tax filing did not happen. Then I had to filing by myself through one of the US tax filing sites, after last date since IBSN was responding properly.
I have so many messages and sent so may mails and tried reaching them on thier US contact numbers as well as India contact numbers. Their phone numbers are mostly unreachable. Nobody responds through email/ online. They are not responding to any communications - emails, online communication process through their websites, or Phone.
IBSN should return the money that I paid for filing the tax return to me as soon as possible.
I will never recommed this company to anyone for tax filing.

Message » Hi, Its been several months and I have sent several emails following up on my refund. Ive always been getting an answer that it has been sent to the concerned department and I will recieve the refund soon . Please update me on the status and please dont hassle me any further.
