[Resolved] ICES Software Ltd — Does this company exist

Hi, I have visted this company's Devil's Room( so called Head quaters) a single old room ready to collapse in[protected] in Baroda while studying my M.Tech. I was astonished by seeing the old one room said as Corporate Head quarters. I would like to Hang the Directors and Auditors of this so called International Computech Engineering Services(Renamed to ICES) and SEBI chairman for cheating the people. Indeed the promoters of ICES Software are a big fraud. They need to be severely punished for eloping with shareholders money.

I have 100 shares purchased in 1994 when the company was launched.

But so far there is no news about the existance of the company. I would

like to know what the SEBI is doing to pay the share holders or whether

they are aware of the company's fate.

I am also holding 100 shares of this bloody so called Cheating unlimited Company through initial public offering in 1993. 8 years later & since then till now, i could not convert them into demat as the comany was not existing.
