[Resolved] Idp — misbehaviour and delaying by 8 - 10 days

my name is denzil rodrigues my email id [protected]@yahoo.com.
my institute IDP Education Pvt Ltd. had dispatched me a courier on march 2nd 2012 from gurgaon to goa .the courier was not delivered to me until i personally contacted the salcete blue dart on 10 march 2012 they told me it is being taken to deliver it to me, but they didn't . i contacted them again on Monday 12 march 2012 regarding my shipment and the blue dart service crew tell me it is shipped to gurgaon back since there was nobody at my place .i was home whole day waiting for my courier and after lying he cut my phone in spite of apologizing .
this misbehavior really upset me and hoping not to use blue dart courier service until the crew has been given warning or fired

salcete blue dart service has no manners to talk to their customers and are very slow in delivery
