IGB Technologies Pvt Ltd — Firing Employee and Not Giving Salary

igobul is a fraud company. These peoples hire the employee in portal development and give a lot of work pressure on him. Wroking hours are too long morning 8:30 AM to no time to leave office until you do not complete your work. So employee leave office in late 9 PM or 10 PM. They also do not provide CAB or allownce for this. Owner of company do not leave employee untill they do not complete work. one day xyz(do not disclose name) leave office in morning 2AM and owner does not provide cab to him he reached at home at 4 AM morning. Team leader(j d) ana project leader(T M) plays an important role in these activity. These are the main culprit. Now a days both are firing employee and mentally harassing them. they are firing employee on salary day and not giving salary to him because they do not work according to expectation of j and t m. This is not a justice for the people who is facing this. So i suggest you all whoever is reading this complaint spread this all of your friend so that they donot come in trap of J D, T M and A k.
