IGNOU - B.ed Assignment grade not updated from May-2010

I, Sarita Yadav enrollment no. 100758045 doing B.Ed with IGNOU , study center no 2710 A,K. College shikohabad , Firozabad (UP). Here by I have a complain regarding assignment grade did not mentioned of particular Corse code ES332 on the result , even though I have submitted the all assignment at study center as on date 31/05/10.

Regarding this I have continue in contact with study center as well as visited the IGNOU Regional center at Aligarh (UP) but in vain.
Please do the needful.
