Have you received the Student Card with your Enrollment number from IGNOU. See in IGNOU the regional centre are just for timepass and they really do not do anything until you receive your enrollment number.
Assuming that you took admission for July 2009 and till september you haven't received your study material you can contact

You can ask them whether your admission has been accepted cause there may be chances that there might have been some documents missing form you while applying.

alternatively check your local post office cause the postman may have forgotten it cause it is a very thin card.

Then you contact directly the regional director--don't waste time in dealing with small people (kaamchor muft ki roti todne wale ignou karmachari) cause thay do not understand value of others time and money.
the regional directors r very cooperative.

i have completed 96 credits of my dgree course in ignou (BDP Program) but grade card is not updated & i have not yet got marks sheet. tomorrow there is counselling for BED, I seleted in B Ed enterance condected by ignou, they are notallowing me admit for B Ed so pls give clerance to admission for B Ed before[protected] other wise i will lost admission to B Ed

Respected sir kindly i request for i will go to ready for my B.P.P. examination for month of july sanction but i can not recive my choose book asigment i was choose fin and match but i recive social studies solve book so plz advice me what procidure of ready to Exam B.P.P fillop book is nesasary or not and i was get books also latly. so sir do not ignor this complaint

material — MISUSE OF BMC FUNDS

i stays at Dr mascarhens rd, mazgoan:-10. i had seen several times that bmc is renovating the phoot path again and again they removing the blocks from the phoot path and again they fit the new one & which they r removing they r already in the good condition i dont no y they r doing such things
IT IS A TOTALLY MISS USED OF BMC FUNDS

I too still have not received any notification or study material even 2 months after taking admission. Shame on IGNOU.
