Ignou is the largest open university in the world. But it seems that it is only on paper. I am doing my MBA ( Banking & Finance ) from Ignou and havent received the study material for MS 494 & MS 495 subjects till today. when i tried to call the regional centre authorities to complain there is no one to receive the phone all through the day. At last one lady received my call only to tell me that they are busy in doing the new year admission processing and no time to receive the phone. To hell of them.
