[Resolved]  IIHT Banglore — One and half year delay in issuing TDS Certificates

good morning sir/mam

my name is Birendra Singh sugara. I have join this Institute (IIHT South-X New Delhi) in may 2008 in ACHNP Course and I have paid my total fees. in which included A+, N+, MCSE, RED HAT, CCNA coaching and CCNA exam boutcher fees.According to these my ACHNP course i have completed coaching A+, N+, MCSE, RED HAT, CCNA. and now the most important thing is that i have to paid for CCNA coaching and CCNA examination Boutcher fees Rs.22000/-. Now i have completed coaching of all course which included in ACHNP Course.but i did not get my CCNA examination Boutcher from one year.and this is my complain to IIHT regarding CCNA examination before one year because i have done complete my CCNA course before one year.before one year ago i did complain to Miss Deepti Gandhi -Branch Manager of IIHT South-x .but she said to me that my CCNA examination Boutcher is received via email of IIHT email address by CISCO in 2008 when i was getting A+ Coaching .but the management did not informed to me about CCNA examination Boutcher and the CCNA examination Boutcher has been expired. then i sent a mail to Miss Deepti Gandhi Branch Manager of IIHT and Miss Mausam Jaiswal regarding to renew My CCNA examination Boutcher.and after that whenever i ask to management about CCNA examination Boutcher but always they said to me "IT WILL BE DONE" .now before one month ago the Management has been Channged so now i am again forwarding my complain to you with this hope that you will take immediate some action. because i am also not satisfied with the management of IIHT because IIHT never provide complete steady material and did not care about any roles and discipline.we always complained for the system but never take any action.
Sir i have spend my costly 2 year in IIHT for 14 month of course.i think that is very long time .i belong with poor family so it is very hard for me to get coaching in Delhi but steel i Completed this .but now i want my CCNA examination Boutcher and i don't want to wait because i am waiting form one year.if you will not take any action then i have to go for take legal action to get my CCNA examination Botucher. because IIHT not give me something but always take to me .that may be money and that may be time.
So i hope you will take immediate some action and try to shortout my complain before next weak because i can leave this city within a month so i have not time.and i have all proof to paid my fees if needed any proof then i can show that
