[Resolved]  Imate Jama — Worst service of Kaiser telecom - Mumbai

I had a problem with the volume buttons of my Imate Jama (IMEI [protected]). I gave my mobile to the "Kaiser Telecom" the authorised service center for IMATE in mumbai on 27th September 2008. I had called them 3 times as it was 2 months from the date i handover my mobile to the service center but on 7th november 2008 when i called them up and asked for the reason why they havent looked in my issue they misbehaved and spoke very rudely to me and said do whatever u want to do we dont care. I went there and took my mobile back from them. I made a mistake of not checking the mobile at that time and when i reached home the mobile was not in a working condition. the service center "Kaiser Telecom" says that the mother board needs to replace which will cost me 3000 Rs. I was surprised because when i gave my mobile to the service center it was in working condition and they noted down a complain of volume switch.I have a doubt that they have done something wrong with my mobile after my argument with them on 7th november 2008.

Imate Jama — worst service

This is to infor that few months back I had gone for a Imate Jama . Within a month I started facing problems and as usual went to the Service Centre. This is the 5th time I have given my phone to them but still could not get any remedey and its already been more than a month and half I have not recieve my mobile back. Every time I call them they say that the part is not available its not possible for us to give you your phone back please suggest what is to be done next.

myself nadeem khan, bought imate jama in october 2008, with in two month its touch screen is not working and mobile is on lock mode and i m unable to open the lock.
plz give me some favour, and tell me is there any service centre in Lucknow or in INDIA.

myself Patani Vijay, I bought imate jama in september 2008, approximatele 4 months its vibration is not working during vibrate and ringing mode and vibrate mode.
Plz give me some favour, and tell me is there any service centre in Ahmedabad or in India.

Dear Nadeem,
1st possibility is that your screen calibration is gone wrong so switch on hand set & press LOCK button the try touching various points of your screen. If this does not help at all. get your unit loaded with new windows, Cost 500-600 rs only. Do not pay more than that. U can get this done at any COMPUTERISED mobile repair shops but plsss do not hand over your set to AUTHORISED service centre " Kaiser Telecom" They are bunch of CHORS

hi friends ihad tried to clean my jama screen in avery stupid manner in the way some water droplets entered in to it, now its screen is not responding pls..pis..pls.. tell me any way or pls tell me service centre in chennai it self
