One of my friend mentioned that they don't have good trainer, Programming is an art as well as language, Has anyone tell me, most of people having degree, even they study in English medium but still they are not able to speak in English well? They have had study it more than 15 years, where is the lack would be form their life? Programming is also language you have to work on it precise manner unless you never learn it. we are suppose to be are programmers not a school students. Trainer is being the map to find your goal, he is not suppose to coming along with us. Just ask him how the concepts are working in program paradigms! program is a solution of human problems to solve through computers, just think what is your problem, how to find the solution using its concepts. no one can think your imagination just ask him to how to fix it, after you have to execute. Of course they mentioned there is no good atmosphere also. Have you ever seen where Bill Gates started his Organization? Do you know Dennis Richie Office who is the father of Modern Computer programming. He was unlike job as well as his office had been messy! If he like jobs, Here is no IT company? No jobs for us...
