[Resolved]  imd — RUDE BEHAVIOR OF ACCOUNTANT

DEAR SIR,
I have saving bank a/c in sanganer, sbi jaipur branch enabled internet banking. I have requested the bank in writing on 5 dec 08 to enable the online transaction facility, but inspite of visting twice it has not been done till now. The manager and the accountant are very rude in talks. The accountant does not want to reveal his name even to lodge complaint. I request to take a strong action against these officers.

imd — non clearing of cheque

cheque of rs.5000/- of sbbj bikaner deposit in SBI Sanganer branch for clearing on 26.02.2010 but still awated for clearing the cheque. ipersonally complain many times to the officials but not solve the problem
