[Resolved]  IMSI India Pvt. Ltd. — salary not given by company

The delay in processing of salary was due to late receipt of approved timesheet from Kuldeep's supervisor at the client site. He has since been paid in July and his Full and Final settlement completed.

i am choto. curently working in MTS project from RN infra i am not getting my salary from last 4 month & my girlfriend(choti) left me and go with my fri. so plz contact with me & help me

My experience is worst then that.. The total pay-package which was decided, later after interview it was changed as per their benefit and much worst they convinced me it would be matched to the decided one within 3 months (got an informal letter about it) which never happened and later it was stated it is their STANDARD policy for each and every employee to be on probation for 1 complete year! The fact is they hardly stick to their words, even about the payments. The PF deduction was removed from my package without my approval and later it was told/enforced me to accept that it was done as per my wish!!! It was truly absolutely ridiculous to have worked with them in my career.

The funny thing is they have a long never-ending procedure for recruiting but when want to resign there is no one who is there to guide you... never even bother to talk to you over phone, reply to your mail, as if they want to simply bury you in the deployed company without having any concern about your career growth or individual commitment.

PS: they DO NOT HAVE policy for sending a hard copy of relieving letter that I got to know once I have resigned and waited patiently for 6-8 weeks after my last day to HEAR these SWEET WORDS from their mouth.

The most unprofessional firm I have ever came across.

Still these are doing the same.. Not paid my salary still after 2months gone.. I just worked as Trainee only, still HR team never bothers about providing my leaving details to payroll team.. is there anyone thereon that company to check HR department working or not.. they not even sends reply...

I'm having the same issue. IMSI not giving my relieving letter even after of my resignation . I had put e-mails and try to call them. But they are nothing doing. Now i can't even go for any other job, because if they asking relieving letter, I don't have. Why these guys doing like this.
This is not a good consultancy. Inform your friends regarding this. Don't go to IMSI. They will trap you.

My case is similar to Sneha, They rolled out an offer letter to me, made me quit my previous company buying out the notice period and now say that they cannot pay me as offered and are reducing the package by 25k per month. Ridiculous people. Donot ever work with them.

Please dont join in IMSI India Pvt Ltd they are cheated company.. My name is rajesh and im working under HCL Technologies solinganallur. with in 2 months trhey closed my contract and simply told you are only temporary hiring.. So dnt join IMSI..
