Hello Sir/Madam My name is Ponnapureddy. Purusothamreddy I have applied for PAN card in Proddutur, TIN-FC ID:02632, on 16 th October 2012 with Ration card Xerox copy and my Ack number is: [protected]. And i didn't received my PAN card not yet. If i check my PAN status it is showing that

"Proof of identity not provided/ not valid.

Proof of residential address not provided / not valid (Individuals / HUF / BOI / AOP/ AJP)."
