I have taken a holiday package fro India Darshan in Feb2011. I opted for availing package as per their broucher Place Alwar Hotel Burja Haveli or equivalent property from 14.08.2011to16.08.2011. I was offered Hotel Natraj which was much below the standard of Burja Haveli. I contacted India Darshan for change of Hotel they refused to do & told if you want to avail this is the only availablility no change is possible. I have not availed the offer. I contacted them again & i was informed that they cancelled my membership & no alternate will be provided.They not replying to my emails also.
