india florist network — Delivery not in time and in damaged condition
Hi,From such a froud site I am not expecting any response. I just want to aware people about these fake sites.My brother who is in france got Rakhi on 17th of Aug, which was scheduled for 10th of Aug. And he had to pay 14 Euro for damaged parcel. Earlier too I raised this complaint. My brother has also raised a complain for this to courier service provided by Florist network and according to him:
Reference to DHL tracking no. [protected].
1. I received my package on 17.08 instead of scheduled delivery of 10.08. It was sent via a florist based in India, and apparently there was misspelling in address by one of the two party. The package kept lying in Paris without me being contacted.
2. The package was supposed to have a religious bracelet and a package of sweet. The sweet packet was teared and the contents were missing.
3.I had to pay 14€ TVA in addition for this service.
It's real pity and shame to have such service by DHL, which we had to avail because of the florist. I frequently receive packages from other service providers and never had any problem.
I don't expect any compensation, but for sure will not avail any of DHL services in future.

india florist network — Guarantee broken!
I had ordered some flowers (order no: cof-[protected]) to be delivered to my friend in Chennai. The delivery was supposed to be made on the next day (my friend's b'day), I was told that it will be delivered before 8 PM . Later, I was asked to pay an extra amount towards the delivery since the recepient address is a bit far from the city, I even paid that extra amount. I was waiting till 9 PM and called them up again, they were very casual in replying me that it will not be delivered on that day due to some very very silly reasons and assured me that it will be delivered in the morning around 9 AM. They again broke their promise! it was not delivered on the second day too. The customer care is not at all responding to my calls and emails from then on!
