[Resolved] India Gifts Mall — Purchase undelivered | |
I ordered a rakhi gift set online from India Gifts Mall.com My credit card was charged but I have not received any confirmation email to even know the status of my order. If you try calling the number on their website listed as +[protected] it is always switched off There is no response from their email either. Needless to say my gift is not delivered as yet. I even sent a message in their Facebook page with no response. I think I have lost my money Rs 1448. It's a shame that their customer service is do poor. Was this information helpful? | |
