TICKET BOOKING OFFICER'S GET EXTRA MONEY FROM PRINTED TICKET RATE.
Dear sir,
I chandar Bhushan kumar on 14.11.10 afternoon at muzffarpur ticket counter i hav puchase 1 ticket muzffarpur to delhi (general ticket) ticket rate printed on ricket 183 but he get me 193 when im ask booking lady for refund my balance 10 rs more than she get my ticket and ask u want ticket or not ....... if you want ticket than u pay 193 otherwise u can go.... so pls u check as a duplicate customer and purchase one ticket and do favorable respons .....

India Railways — Bad manner Reservation Clark
Hi,I want to share my experience of a Railways Reservation clark in BDA complex Kormongala.On 5th Feb'2011, I went reservation center to book my onward (break) journey ticket - Yesvanpur - Howrah-Guwahati of Durnato and Sarighat exp. The reservation clark was not able explain the reason for not booking in that combination. On the other hand, he was behaving rudly to me. as I have booked many times of onwards jouney tickets ,not in the said combination. After that I took different combination, for change of Rs 10/-, I waited for 45 mins.(although 1.30 hrs for my turn) becuse of query, he was simple taking time for that althouh he can got it from other collegues. He want 90/- change ( ticket is 591/-, 1/- change was given). change is not the issue, his behaviour is not friendly with the customer.
