India — passport on tatkal scheme

Im applied passport on 18.05.2011 through tatkal scheme with 2500/-Rs , application no:- HYD-A[protected] , upto now my passport was not yet recieved 03-06-11. online status is showing passport is ready on 25.05.11.
what was happening i dont know but it will give very serius problem to me. please kindly tell me when i will get my passport. im thinking there is no meaning for tatkal.
