Sir,
Like beggars we are requesting India Times for last 7 days on problems in incoming mails due to non-renewal. This is despite the fact that we have paid in advance 5 years renewal fees last year. We have to keep on hold for more than 25 mins on their customer support helpline without any response.
Is there anyone responsible enough in their office who will take this up?
