Dear Sir
I deeply regret to state despite my repeated reports no response has been shown at your end to make good my loss of getting the materials not sent by you. Each and every time I am receiving a filmsy reply that the matter has been forwarded to the department concerned and you would revert as soon as report from the department is received. It is also observed that the same reply is sent by different people on different occasions.
I really wonder to note such a lapse on the part of a reputed and reliable organization like INDIA TODAY. May I presume that your organization is not able to take any remedial steps to help your customer and trying to cheat by simply sending irresponsible replies each and every time by different peoples for nearly 45days since my first complaint dated 29.10.2009.
I still hope that appropriate action will be taken immediately to send the materials omitted to be sent as detailed in my mail dated 29.10.2009, to restrain me to take up the matter with the CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM.
Kindly note if no fruitful action is taken by you and communicated to me on or before 19.12.2009, suitable action will be taken against you as aforesaid.
