LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD., ITBC/ SUR SAAZ AUR TAAL — NON RECEIPT OF GIFT
My membership No. is ITBC09862975. I was informed by the local postman on18.04.09 that I have a parcel from ITBC and today i.e., 20.04.09, I eagerly went to collect the same. But to my disappointment I found only the 16 CD pack but without the free gift (Reebok shoe) inside the parcel under the Invoice No.ORA[protected]. In a letter kept inside the parcel, I was asked to log on to the website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm to claim my free gifts. On logging in it was astonishing to find that I had many predecessors with the same complaint and, the site, it appears, is a mere complaints login site .What a shame! what a feeling of deceit! Is ther a way out? Or are those free gifts advertised are merely to be seen only on the computer monitor?Depressed on being cheated,
