India Today Book Club — claim your free gifts

I have not yet received my Rs.600/- advance paid against the CD pack which was costing Rs.2000/- discounted offer given to me by U.

I had paid this amount vide 3 cheques interest Free payments Rs.800/-, Rs.600/- & Rs.600/- three different cheques and also cash amount paid to VPP Rs.1470/- at our City Post office. Regarding this I have logded a compliant against this but I am not getting the refund amt of Rs.600/-

i fully agree with thiscomplain as i too am facing same problem
the page mentioned in offer dosent open

I have received a SMS stating that I have received Rs.3301/- as free gift voucher. Can you please let me know how to claim the same and from where? Hope you will help me.

I received the consignment today. I logged on to the the website http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm as your pamphlet says to claim my free gift, and typed out the unique number and email address as asked by it and submitted the same. But it was showing as wrong entries even after I double checked the entries. Then I spoke to one of your customer care executive on[protected] and he asked me to log on to booktoday.in/promos.htm. However this site opens only this complaint format. Kindly do the needful.
