India Today Book Club — not received free offer gift against purchase of books

I am sorry to bring to your notice that i have not received my free addidas bag worth Rs 499 since may 2008.I have contacted at no.[protected] several times but every time i was told that we have registered your complaint and you will get it in a few days.I am again regret to say that the peole to whom I contacted at the above said number several times tried to befool me by giving me the consignment no .317995 despatched on 29th july, then despatched on 15th september, and today Ms. Pooja told me that it was despatched on 3rd October2008.My todays complaint no. is 54228 as told by Ms Pooja .Yesterday also Mr. Azim Khan forwarded my complaint.
i am now fed up with the irresposibility shown sending my addidas bag, I request you to please Look into the matter . VIJAY KUMAR PATHAK

and they told me with in 15 days i will got the gift pckets but i didn't receive any gift from your side yet and it is near about to 17 days to go

I ordered Reebok Summer Kit to India Today Shop about one month back.My id. no. is [protected].Since then I contacted helpline[protected] four times and after evert time I have been promised that my order will be sent within few days but so far I have not received my order.Please help me to canceal the order due to the poor service and refund my ammount of 3000=00 that was immediately realised.

Hi,
India today book club calling me repeatedly by offering with a 3 encyclopedia cds and a holiday tour package with stay in 5star hotel for 3 days 2 nights. after going through the sites i wonder whether i will get such offer or do i need to study this by paying the amount of 3198. if i paid and been cheated what action can be taken...ha rubbish i pay the amount and being cheated.
