OGA[protected] with total order value of Rs 2598 to be paid in cash on delivery. The order is fake. I did not order it. Since it has not reached me as yet, I want the order to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY. I shall not pay for it if it arrives ar all. 2) The sms does not mention the mobile no. of the sender, i.e. ITBC). So I had to go through Google search engine to come to this site to lodge this complaint. I want this company ITBC to take note of this complaint and take URGENT action to stop sending the unknown book(s). kindly take a note of it.. Was this information helpful? | |

1) I got a sms on 25/11/2008 about a so-called Order no. 0GA[protected] with total order value of Rs 2599 to be paid in cash on delivery.
The order is fake. I did not order it. Since it has not reached me as yet, I want the order to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY. I shall not pay for it if it arrives ar all.
2) The sms does not mention the mobile no. of the sender, i.e. ITBC). So I had to go through Google search engine to come to this site to lodge this complaint. I want this company ITBC to take note of this complaint and take URGENT action to stop sending the unknown book(s).

I got an sms that i placed an order and it costs Rs.574 and pay on delivery. I never placed an order in this website. Ofcourse after receivng this sms only i searched and found this website. Can u help me in this issue. Please. My mobile number [protected].
The same thing also happens with me. I have not ordered anything. I didn't even know what ITBC stands for. My advise to them (ITBC), i[censored] have no work but to send such senseless SMS, just stay at home and do the homework o[censored]r children
