indiaflowerplaza — extreme rude service - not worth purchasing through this site

I am extremely disappointed at the way customer service is shaping up in India, no one cares about customers these days. Instead of hearing out what the customer has to say people r rude enough to hang up the phone. One such experience has been witnessed by me just a while ago. I had placed a request through the site www.indiaflowerplaza.com yesterday. It has a catchy scroller saying "Same day delivery all over India" and where another interesting line says "Dedicated to service and quality" with a helpline no:[protected]. It was chocolates for a friend in thane who would have been available today till max 11 so wanted it to be delivered to him before that and since had given 24 hours time for delivery I didn't doubt the service. However when it didn't reach my friend till now, I called up the helpline to find out however the lady who answered the phone after many tries sounded rude already when I just said I had placed order for thane pat came her reply it cannot be delivered at time that I wanted but can be delivered only at 5. For obvious reasons I questioned on why r fake info's given on site in that case, once again pat came her reply that she is not interested in arguing and she hung the phone and no courtesy of any call back or no regrets to speak that ways either. I am extremely angry at her behaviour and wish I could complian appropriately against the site and an action could be taken on such rude behaviours. I am definetely not sitting here to understand what was her problem at work coz people can't let out their other frustrations on customers. Pls help am upset.

Flower Plaza Inc — Non delivery of goods purchased (flower Bouquet)

I had paid for flower bouquet to be delivered in India for marriage anniversary of a couple. The merchant charged $7 but never delivered. The merchant does not even respond after first email saying they delivered. The couple being my parents, I have come to know that merchant did not deliver the promised goods. I hope such merchants are taken to task and endup learning to be honest, ethical and have sense of integrity to be responsible to customers. If your office can help refund the payment, I would be glad to assist.

The same happened to me for chocolates to be delivered to my niece on her birthday. They do not respond to emails and do not answer phone calls even. It was a day after the date of delivery when at 10 pm a lady answered the phone and very bluntly said the Order was cancelled.

Their address is Apex Flower Mart/ Flower Plaza at 207, Ruby Nest Apaprtments, SR Lay Out, Wind Tunnel Road, Muugeshpalaya, Bangalore-17, India.

I think we can all write to DG & IG Police of Karnataka Police at http://karnatakastatepolice.org/karnatakastatepolice/jsp/feedback.jsp and make complaint against this cheat firm.
I tried to send a bouquet as a gift to Bangalore through this website. The order was never delivered and the customer service was 'HORRIBLE'. The customer service rep was very rude and repeatedly disconnected the line. Please spread the word around. PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. There are far better websites available.
i ordered a bouquet as a b'day gift through this website and am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the customer care executive or whoever she was, with the way she responded. My call was not attended or she hung up mid way and was literally screaming on the phone. I was told that the order is on its way, i.e at 7 pm while it was canceled at 3pm according to the bank.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. it is just not reliable.
I ordered an item for for delivery on the next day (They promise same day delivery) and then i found out that the item wasn't delivered. So i tried calling them up but they never picked up the calls. I emailed them lots of time but not even a single reply or acknoledgement came. I was kinda getting pissed. Then on the third day, they picked up the phone and they say the item has been cancelled becoz they do not deliver silver items now (my item was a silver one). SO IF THEY DON'T DELIVER SILVER ITEMS, WHY DO THEY KEEP IT IN THE WEBSITE?? And then i asked for a refund, they said it will be done in two days, and here im typing this on the 3rd day. I called them up, but they are not answering the calls.

THIS IS A FRAUD SITE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. INDIAFLOWERPLAZA SUCKS BIG TIME. WTF.
"NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND." that's their moto.

I've a read lot of complains about this site. ( just google it out) and i've found out that NOT EVEN A SINGLE GUY HAS GIVEN POSITIVE RESPONSE for this site.
A similar thing happened to me with http://www.bangaloreonlineflorists.com/ They are also a bunch of scamsters who do not deliver on time. make flimsy excuses and have extremely bad customer service Please do not use their services.
http://www.indiaflowerplaza.com is the fraud site...have big claims on net... i have ordered fro chocolates on 05.11.2010 but till now we have not received the same. When i tried calling, it was unanswered. Also when the lady picked up she was extremely rude. I need someones support to bring that lady behind the bars for cheating people. what is police doing i am not aware but guide me to lodge a formal complaint against the lady and the other associated with this. I am sure these people must have taken lots of money and not refunded.

indiaflowerplaza — Order not deleivere

I have placed an order on http://www.indiaflowerplaza.co m/ for Black Forest Cake (1/2 Kg) of worth Rs 478 with Order Number: CART29531231 on 30 th Nov 2011 on the occassion of my friend's birthday. The order is not yet delievered. I have talk many times to their Customer care no [protected].
First the lady on the call said they are not able to deliever it on the same day in Thane(Maharastra) as their delivery boy has to travel in local trains.
She assured me the delievery on the next day on 1 dec 2011 till 5 Pm but order was not deleiver at that time too ,When I enquired again for the status she denied that she received such an order with this order No. and asked me to check with the bank and drop a cancellation email to their site.If they recieved that order now then they cancel it.
How come they do this? If they have not received the order then why first she assured me of the deleivery.The lady also have no manners to talk with the customers and started shouting on me when i make more enquiries. She even switched off the cell and also not taking my call any more.

Can any one tell me what action can i take for this.
