[Resolved]  Indian Health Organization — False Commitment and not ready to cancel the policy and refund

Please refer the below mail trail for greviences against IHO (Indian Health Organization), The associates of IHO have given me false committments at the time of availing the policy, they have agreed that it was a false committment by some of their associates, but nor do they reply to my mails, nor they contact me, nor they are ready to refund the amount that I have paid.

Request you to do the needful at your earliest

I had received a call from your associate and they are not ready to cancel the policy, but they again committ that they can refund partial amount and extend the validity, is this the way you treat your customers, it was clearly told that I can cancel the policy without any deductions then why you don't cancel it. I have immediately raised the issue for cancellation of the policy on 16th Sept, but yet it is not cancelled.

Few days ago I have received a call from IHO and it was agreed by the Sr. Customer care associate that their are some contradictions between the associates committment and actual facts mentioned in the document. Even after you realize that its your fault and your associate has given false committment then why are you not ready to refund back the amount of Rs 2648/- that I have paid.



Refund the said amount immediately, Give me the mail-id of your superiors as I need to communicate to them.

Today evening I was called by one of your associates regarding the IHO and its benefits, but the details provided by your associate are different than those that are described in your website. I am not at all satisfied and would like to cancel the membership due to your associates false commitments.



The associate said that I will be given "4 health check up vouchers" and need not pay any amount for any tests, but on the website it is mentioned that I will have to pay 50% amount which is contradictory,



It was said that the health check up vouchers are valid for one complete year, but your site says that the health check up vouchers are valid only for 6 months.



It was said that all treatments would be free of cost, but actually you are providing some discount and no free treatment.



It was said that all the pre-existing dieseases (if any) would be treated free of cost, but actually you are only providing discounts and no free treatments.



It was said that all the treatments, tests would be free of cost for any number of times upto the validity of membership (one year), but actually you are giving concessions and that too for a limited number of times and no free treatments or tests.



Their are no free surgeries but your associate said it would be done free of cost.



The associate said that their are lots of doctors in major cities of India, but I could see only a count of few doctors and only across limited cities.



I have paid using online payment thru sbi credit card an amount of Rs 2648/- for the membership, but I would like to cancel the membership as your associates have provided me false information, Please refund the whole amount that I have paid.



If is un-satisfactory that your associates provide wrong information.



Refund the amount that I have paid.
