[Resolved]  Indian language school,Nigeria — not giving admission

sir,
I Manish Saxena working in nigeria since last one year & my family has been recently shifted to nigeria.

In india my son was studying in class 3 with CBSE affiliated school, gwalior ,the proof of which i have with me .Not only Std 3rd but even Std 2nd also he has completed from CBSE affiliated school, gujarat. Now since he has shifted to nigeria ,i want admission for him in Std 4th here in lagos, nigeria in INDIAN LANGUAGE SCHOOL which is again affiliated to CBSE board.
The D.O.B of my son is 1st May;2003 ,but the school people are giving excuse that the cut of date of DOB for admission in Std 4th is 31st March'2003 as per CBSE norms which is hardly a difference of one month.
But since in india also, nobody followed this then why in nigeria?, when i m too far from my own country.
As per the record ,the result of my child is excellent which also i have shown in the school.
They r ready to take admission in Std 3rd,but i don't think it is viable that my son loose one year of his precious life just b'coz he was born one month later & that too when he is performing very well & also since last 2years he was studying in CBSE school

so please look at the matter most seriously as it will not only effect carrer of my child but also my career& it might disturb my family also.

thanx & regards
Manish Saxena

IT is absolutely true that they exploit new admission to students with every means. After admission they use to exploit parrents also. You can see that they have not given any shelter to the parrent who comes to pick up their children in after noon. Since Lagos roads are not predictable some times it takes minutes to reach to school and sometimes hours also. Generally parrents are reaching their early to avoid any late and they are forced to keep waiting outside school in acute summer also. Otherhand they are operating kitchen mess inside the premises for local peaple.

This is the great "indian Languase school"
the above complaint is regarding my child admission.i m expecting response from consumer forum but still i have not ggot any positive response.Even if it has taken some action it is not in my knowledge.i again request to forum to help me in getting admission of my child & to save his life's precious year.
