[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — DELAY IN REFUND OF FAILED DEBIT CARD SWIPING TRANSACTION

Sir,
I used my debit card of Indian Overseas bank to buy a mobile of Rs 9600 at the Univercell showroom of Thanjavur ,one swiping transaction was failed
so,I swiped it again 9600 got deducted twice from my account on[protected],I asked the bank customer care about the refund of the failed transaction,he described that it will be refunded as early as possible but now it is around 29 days from the transaction date money is not yet refunded

These are the reference numbers taken from my internet banking account regarding the transactions mentioned above.

So, I request you to help in refunding of my money as early as possible
