my parents are illiterate and they didnt know to get a proper birth certificate.. so kindly change the rule for those who born on 1989. yesterday due to that birth certificate problem my enquiry was failed. now i dont know the

i am having the same problem, i was born on 1989 and still i have no birth certificate my parents didnt register it
i got job in wipro and passport is must there
so please let me know hoe i can get my birth certificate according to school certificate or how i can get passport with out birth certificate. i want tp get a solution with in days. because wipro need passport with in one month

This is with regard to the birth certificate problem..
I was issued a combined caste and birth certificate.
Authorities at the passport office have checked it and were satisfied with the document.
Even the police verification was completed and they dint pose any problem with my document.
But now i got a letter from the regional passport office asking me for my birth certificate.
This is ridiculous on part of the authorities. If they could have said me before itself i would have tried for a seperate one.
The letter was sent on[protected] and asked me to submit within 15days.
But this letter reached me on[protected] which left me with only 4 days.
If the authorities themselves dont have co-ordination..what should we do.?
