i did't recived as below mentioned details passports 1. file reffrence no. [protected][protected]hyd-C[protected] application date [protected][protected]-10-2009 applicant name[protected][protected]--SARITHA MADDY 2. file refference no.[protected][protected]hyd-C[protected] application date[protected][protected][protected] applicant name[protected][protected]--SOUJANYA MADDY I CHECK ABOVE STATUS OF THE PASSPORTS IN WESITE,I FOUND THE MESSAGE IN SIGHT AS FOLLOWS. STA TUS-it is regret thatdue to unavoidable circumstrances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will be despatched ina week's of time. This same messege i am watching in web site last two months.but so far i could nit recive my kids passports. so kindly i am requesting you arrenge to take necessary action,so that i can get above passports as soon as possible. thanking you sir, M.satyanarayana. my name is koppuravuri sai avinash babu. sir i would like to apply for a passport. i like to know what are the documents or certificates required for that.
i am a student and my parents are addressed in ongole, prakasham (d.t), A.P, and i am a student in mysore. my date of birth is[protected]. i had the following certificates...
1) bonafide issued my my college on[protected], menctioning my date of birth, my name, fathers name ad that my 10, 12th class certificates are with the college.( signed by my principal with blue ink pen)
2)residence certificate issued by my my college hostel (jss.college of pharmacy, mysore)
3)pan card, driving licence, ration card with my photos with my native address
4)10, 12 th class xerox copies (my originals are with the college)
i dont have my DATE OF BIRTH certificate to submit for the purpose. kindly help me regarding the quiry and resolve my problem as early as possible.
