[Resolved] Indian Passport Office — No passport recieved | |
Dear sir I applied for a passport from Jaipur office in 2004 after which a police verification was done two times in Gurgaon as I stay and work there. After the 1st time Jaipur office informed me that they lost the application. The police verification again happened in 2007 after which I haven't recieved my passport till date and not any information either. The gurgaon police tells me that they sent the file and the Jaipur office tells me that they haven't recvd it yet. Recently i saw that someone else'e name is appearing against my application/file number. Plz look into this matter and provide a quick solution as I need to travel abroad for company project very soon. file no - A067426 Was this information helpful? | |

I'm trying to help an elderly (64yrs) woman to get her passport, she has not received her passport yet. Police verification was complete on 15 Aug'08( which was escalated to the PRO of Chennai Office and only then the police verification was done), but the status shows "under progress" kindly suggest/help.

I applied for a passport from Visakhapatnam office in 2006 after which a police verification was done in bhopal as well as visakhapatnam, as I worked there. After the 1st time VSKP office informed me that they lost the application. The police verification again happened in 2007 after which I haven't recieved my passport till date and not any information either. The Bhopal police tells me that they sent the file and the VSKP office tells me that they haven't recvd it yet.Plz look into this matter and provide a quick solution as I need to travel abroad for my professional needs.

I applied my new fresh passport on 28th January 2008 my file no: A005025/08 and my police verification was completed on 13th March 2008, but still now I have not received my passport which gives me hindrance for my official foreign trip.
If I checked in the website for the status it says " my police report is incomplete, await for instructions". When I enquired the respective Police station, they are saying it has been send already we are not responsible and we didn't get any information from the passport office.
Pls tell me when will I get my passport, regarding this I already lodged my grienvances to Chief Passport Officer/RTI act also.
