Sir/Madam,
My wife, Shilpa Chauhan has reached at Meerut city railway station by sangam express(4163) at plateform no. 3 on 8th Sept. 2010 (PNR NO.[protected]). Train no. 9019(Dehradun exp) was standing on plateform no. 2 and she has no time to collect the ticket from ticket window to go to muzaffarnagar because she has to
travel from muzaffarnagar to chakki bank by shalimar express(4645) in evening on same date i.e. 8th sept, 2010(PNR NO.[protected]). During the travelling between Meerut and Khatauli, TTE Mrs. Laxmi singh was on checking when my wife says that i have no ticket due to the problem(which mention above) kindly extend my ticket from meerut to muzaffarnagar and without listen her genuine problem,mrs.luxmi singh start to use the language of Tu-TARRAK e.g. teri jeesi aurat ko mein achhi taray se janti hoo, tu aurat hai hi aise and make a ticket of 350=00 with penelty (copy attached)and treat my wife as a with out ticket holder. While mrs laxmi singh has to extend the ticket, even that question is not of rupees but she should behave proprly.
My humble request, change her duty into such section in which there is no public dealing.
