I ordered the following product on Indiaplaza.com on 2 - 1-2013. The product was to be delivered in 7 working days. I have paid for it in full by credit card. Details of which are given below.

I have sent reminder mails on[protected] and[protected] to them which have not been replied. The only communication I have received so far was an e-mail message on[protected] curtly informing me that my shipment is delayed. On my account page on the website it just says that my order is being processed.
I called their helpline numbers [protected] at 7.30 pm and 8 pm. Both went unanswered after putting me on queue for more than 25 minutes. The line was cut from the other end, wasting my time and money. I ordered the fan for a particular purpose for my elderly parents and this delay and apathy has put me to distress. I shall be grateful for redressel in this regard.

IndiaPlaza.com — non delivery of the product
i ordered a belkin ac anywhere from indiaplaza.com. they shipped some documents on my order to some mr. ravi in banglore i showed them as my order on bluedart.com and three days later showed the item delivered. Now from last five days they are not attending to my complaint
