Dear All,
I ordered 2 quantities of a book with Indiaplaza, Order No.I[protected]. When i received my shipment on 10-Feb-2012, I found only one book whereas i had already paid
for 2 books. I have raised a complaint with them, Complaint No. CNT[protected] regarding my missing item. I have not got any communication from them regarding my missing item till date. Everyday I am calling their Customer Care number twice though i get a constant unaltered reply " Your missing item would be shipped today".
I have not experienced such a pathetic customer service with any of the online retailers with whom i have placed orders.
Indiaplaza is totally unprofessional, Unethical and Customer Un-Friendly
Please help me out!
