dear sir i am using set top box last more than tow years when i was installed conection he never said in digital not provide conection in pc moniter with tv tuner card he agreed ok, but indigital disconect my account without any legal notice when i contact customer care then he said go your cable provider (MN- ANAND CABLE VISION) & say call customer care and verify your account.when i go anand cable & say please verify my account then he said we dont provide cable in moniter so he send one opreter (Mr Sahid) & cut my conection & not given my diposited sicurity amount so please i am requesting u take any hard action for my problems.

they stopped my channels despite i already paid my cable operator 2 months advance rent.
It has bee a week i am complaining indigital customer service but of no help, their toll free number does not work no one picks it always say there is no operator free. Delhi number also does not work, but Bombay number works and they are of no help. They ask me to fill in package form and deposit with cable operator, i requested that i shall do it as soon as possible as i am busy at my office job and gets to home only at night, and i already paid for september and october, so at least keep my channels on for these few days. Even though one operator given me assurance that he shall turn it on on after i given my stp no. but it did not happen.
It seems that they have eaten my two months advance payment, and now i have to run to them to close my stb. As i have no option but to buy a tata sky instead.
Is there a way that i get relief without leaving my important work and rush to cable operator to fill the form and request him to turn my channels on. Or shall i get my money back. Or government has given them full power to harass people, these operator like indigital will keep harassing peoples and we shall get no relief ever.
