I would also like to share some of the information about my worst experience with this company. They recruited us as Level 3 promising that we are the next TLs within 6 months. Joined the company, first two months salary was fine, after which we were not getting our complete salary at all. When we started fighting for that matter, we got half money after 4 months. they come up with some incentive plans, which will not last longer for a week and not even the OPS manager (Chandra) knows about the incentive plan. When we goto HRs, they say that "We will get back to you" and always run away from us. We work for more than 9 30 hours without breaks and yet we get nothing. This is not enough, we got a CH**T TL named ASLAM, who is cunning more than a fox, and very well trained in washing his boss AS*. I dont understand how come an call taking agent can become a trainer, TL, asst manager, manager and OPS manager in one years time. He screwed us, more than tat he cheated us giving big words that he is the saviour of L3. Atlast, our team has come to an end. All bad languages in this world, is meant only for infinite sarvatra IYOGI process. [censored] you As*HO**s. How do you think your kids and family will be healthy, when suck blood of thousands of families. thoooo..... Point to be added. ASLAM promised me that he will make me the next TL as asked me for a reebok shoe and bluetooth headset. which i gave him also. Baby Cool... Its not something new u're talking about... This is the only thing that has remained unchanged in infinite sarvatra!
Change is constant??? - Thats not applicable to poor sarvarta'ins.. The continues, but just in a different way... :P
Those who join the club survive, others are either thrown out or they stepout on their own...
My only Q?... How long do u think Sarvatra will sail this way? For sure not more than another 6-7 months..

ICS IS A GOOD COMPANY
not the management.. SUCKS BIG TIME
They dont know about mgmt. They hire people from local companies and they are taking care of a business. One fraud people they are who are good for nothing without brain. To know about management they should be qualified and they should come from a good corporate. I am planning to quit this company and if I get an opportunity I will quit this company. poor Aparna maa'm thinks company is in safe hands but its equavalent to garland handed over to monkey... Wish indian consumer reads this post and take severe actions against mgmt of this company. On top of it I heard mgmt people talking about girls in that company. top mgmt people want to fcuk girls in their company where Aparna maa'm always says employees are their childerns... maa'm you take over the company and spin the wheel [throw people out from mgmt. its better to do a public poll and then see most of the people dislike top mgmts (AM's OM TL). Sad agents we get the numbers without taking a single break and they celebrate as if they achieved something from moon. ]

Nice to see people talking about people in management, does anyone have proof of supervisors flirting around on the floor and those girls letting loose to get their work done... APARNA MA'AM, you are a very good person and a person like you hold the company where people in the management come to work for their personal fulfillment and not the betterment of the company... I just see people who were tls and ftls growing to a higher level...and show me hows many agents who came into infinite with big hopes of growth are promoted... They are still taking calls... APARNA MA'AM IF YOU FEEL I AM JUST TALKING... NO NOT AT ALL... I CAN PROVE PLEASE LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS THESE ARE THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN A TL AND A NEW AGENT... IF YOU STILL FEEL THAT CONVERSATION IS NOT TRUE... THEN RUN ENQUIRY AND YOU WILL GET THE INFORMATION...the TLs always say one thing keep your self respect... Make sales or put down papers... If we make sale they start telling make more sales else you will be terminated... I have seen infinte for 2 years and i am so unhappy about mean people... Ok accepted that tls work is to make agent work but what is the tl doing when agent is working hard to make his living... Pressurising the agent and he flirting with girls and for that taking huge incentives... Which an agent can just dream of... Please find the attached conversation and take proper action against culprits and make the process clean and professional... Else down the line there wont be even a single tenured agent who can say atleast one good word about management.

These two conversations are from the infinite - iyogi communicator... The best pat was when we had made some good friends and getting and giving help on the communicator withthe agents of different site they stopped us from chatting with the agents in different site ... Ok if someone has made mistake then it applies for all... Now looking at this conversation.. If anyone who is responsible in his position and who is decision maker... Tell me what is the meaning of these conversations... TL kissing a girl and telling if anyone sees ... BIG DEAL... As they have the authority to send stop pay or cap3 or can terminate the agent... BIG DEAL... Thats the authority that the management has given the tls... Cool man... This is what i thought once i realised nothing is gonna change in infinite till this type of supervisors are there in the management... The tl whose conversation is posted... When you speak to him he looks so innocent... Thats why "BARKING DOG NEVER BITE AND BITING DOG NEVER BARKS". APARNA MA'AM IF YOU OR Mr. ANSHUMAN PATTANAIK... if you are reading the post please help agents in infinite to breath... Take some action against the culprits... If anyone doubts... The conversations are fake then i can show so many conversations like this... Isnt that a solid proof... This is just a small voice against ... Injustice happening to tenured agents in infinite...
Infinite is pulling out of this process. They do not want to do business with iyogi. If you are serious about your career find another job soon and run. Process will close in maximum 2-3 months. Those who are working surely are seeing some changes. So be aware and think about your career.
