Hello,

I have purchased listing services from Askme.com (Infomedia 18 Limited company). Its online advertising (listing) company. I have paid 8th august 17,022 to them. They have promised to give me 30 leads on monthly basis. Marketing person give assurance on written basis. I have that document also. Its been more than 60 days, I didnt received any single lead or enquiry from askme.com. I repeated following up to them but there are extending date by date. After 30 day one lady called me from askme.com and said your profile is activated from 8th august. I told them if my profiile activated then why I didnt received any enquiry. She put down the phone. I already customery of JustDial and sulekha.com. They provided me good service and their contract date consider when we get first lead from them. But in askme.com, I dont know what is the policy. I had talked to many people of askme.com, I had talked to marketing guys, their manager, support team, but they extending days by on every phone call. Now I got frusted and out of my mind, finally decided to write to you guys. I am not sure how much it is effective. If you guys help me out, then please help me regarding this issue. I am in very very trouble right now. It could be greate help to me.
