Neeta Travel is unscrupulous I took a Neeta Travel bus from Nerul to Pune on 7th july 2009. The ticket bookings was done in advance.The bus was to depart from nerul at 1.15pm. I boarded the bus which came to nerul at 1.15pm. I confirmed my ticket with the bus conductor and he said ok that time. Later he asked me to get down at Belapur stating that your ticket is not valid. I have to wait for another 1 hr waiting for the another Neeta Bus. I have to call number of times to Neeta Volvo Chembur to know the status of the bus. It was higly inconvinient.I have to waste my time and energy although my tickets were booked in advance. The chembur Number where i called was[protected]. It was a very horrible experience with Neeta Volvo. Was this information helpful? | |

Infosys — Pathetic Service at Aundh Branch
Dear Sir,I went to the BOM Aundh Branch on 12.04.2010 for submitting SCSS04 form. Lady Staff on the form collection counter was reluctant, she have asked me to get birth date of a person(nominee) who is 30 years old which is not written anywhere in the bank law books. People who does not want to work can make/give any excuses. i have asked that lady that please check my form and let me know what all details do i need so my client's form will be submitted but she refused and said you first get birth date of nominee and then i can see your form.
Today (13.04.2010) again i went to the bank with birth date of nominee who is 30 years old (Birth proof is required only for MINOR), then that lady told me that your applicants signature doesnt match with bank records. and asked me that i need to get another cheque.
Daily these people will ask me one query and this service is really pathetic. People are not ready to attend there customers.
Senior lady officer told me that lady who was on the form collection counter is new to this SCSS04. If it is the case then lady on the counter could have diverted me to her boss yesterday itself. isnt it? time could have been saved for all the 3 people.(Boss,Lady on the counter, Me)
These people have to teach how to talk to customers and how to attend/solve there queries rather than creating mess.
I will appreciate if bank can take some action against this.
