[Resolved]  Infosys — PF cheque returned as A/C closed

Hi,

The PF cheque issued on my name was returned back to Bomanahalli Branch as my account with the Bank to whihc the cheque was issued was closed.

Now, I need to collect the Cheque from the Branch itself. As I am not in town, I want my husband to collect the cheque.

I have given him an authorisation letter and shared the PF ac no. What are the other documents he should carry to make it a success in one visit than travelling up and down for cheque.

I applied for PF on 29/10/2009. Till date i didnt get any response and didnt get any money. its already 2 months over. please let me know the procedure what needs to be done next.
