[Resolved] Inspirations slimming and beauty clinic — rude behaviour | |||
Hi, I want to make a complaint against the unprofessional behaviour against inspirations slimming and beauty clinic pune. This is to bring to you notice that they have been flooding our mobile with messages that are so untrue of their schemes and offers and discounts. On receiving their message on Saturday 17th April 2010 about winning a gift voucher of Rs 500, I called them on the numbers given to contact by them. To my surprise there was a lady who answered the call on the mobile number :[protected], who asked me my name and area and said that the concerned person from that particular area would call me in 2 days, on asking the respectable lady who I was talking to, the answer just shoched me , it was " thats none of your cencern to know my name"... I was dumstruck, as requested her as I wanted to know how I could avail the offer, so the respectable lady at inspirations simply said " dont you understand when I told you once, they will call you.." as I told the lady since i got a sms from you I called back and wanted to know how I could avail the offer and the persons name whom I talk to for reference, the respectable lady simply replied " that is none of your business, mind your own business"....... OUCH!!!! This was the most awful experience that I received in my entire life.... I called up at a lind line number I got from Justdial for the clinic situated at MG road, and requested for the directors of the Pune managers contact number, to which I got an answer that we cannot share the number but, DR Dipanshu is the head sales manager who will call you back, and I never received the callback.. This is entirely not done, and a strict action needs to be taken against this behaviour!!!! An oppology is required please!!!! Suchita Was this information helpful? | |||

The main head lady of Inspiration butic Dr.Sonawane is the most rude and pathetic lady for PCMC branch.
She does not have ethics to talk to the clients."Most worst lady i have seen in my LIfe:"
If i suggest if she is taken out of clinic than Inspiration butic PCMC would be more in profit ..DAM sure about it...
I would like to mention -------I had got the MSG that my service woud get cancelled if i dont pay the outstanding money so i called in clinic i spoke and informed to Dr.Asmita at PCMC branch that i was out of station and i will come back just a day after and will pay the money. She said " IT is Fine" as i am out of station so when i return that time i should pay the balance.I confirmed with her twice she said "Fine, No problem ". But still my service was cancelled. How bad it could be and it happened with me.
I would like to complaint to DR Dipanshu ( head sales manager) about his clinic representatives. and would ask him to refund my money and my treatment was incomplete
though it was not FAULT!!
