I completely disagree with this complaint, Ica has given me the good quality of education as well has adjusted me in the batches also when i was hospitalised. I C A faculties are very good, Also the staff is equally co-operative. The Practical Education of Accounts which i got in ICA i wouldnot got anywhere in the market . Also There discipline of batches is really very good.
Yes they are very strict with the students who donot attend the batches properly.

ICA is a Brand which gives training to students on Accounts and Taxation. But the fact is that EVERY THING THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD.
We would like to inform you the situation as below in the sequence of the things occurred with me as a Franchisee head :
The representatives of ICA approached to me and stated that they need persons to do the business of Franchisee in Mumbai. They assured of good income from the said business and I agreed. Accordingly, I took a premises to do the business of Franchisee on Leave and License basis at B-303, Samarth Complex, Jawahar Nagar Road No. 1, Goregaon (west), Mumbai – 400 062. The deal amount quoted to me was Rs. 15, 00, 000/- which they earlier told was along with Infrastructures and all Electrical fixtures and the Land Lord deposit of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- along with Franchisee Fee of Rs. 5, 50, 000/-. But the Agreement was not prepared immediately but was delayed by two months for reason known only to ICA officers. In this two month the centre picked up very well due to our hard work on sales and marketing and seeing the upcoming and roaring business in this centre the ICA officials started harassing on petty things which we initially objected. By then we had already put on Rs. 7, 00, 000/- and they told me that if need be we could withdraw from the deal but the money already incurred by us will not be refunded. Having already worked hard to develop the centre we thought of continuing even though we had to incur a loss of Rs. 2, 00, 000/-.
At the time of signing the Agreement we were given a picture of 60 students only pending to be given 10-20% of training and a woofing amount of Rs. 2, 25, 000/- old outstanding to be received by us from these set of students. But when we started to follow up the old students as per the list given to us, we found that almost majority of the students had cleared all their dues and balance students were on drop out list by ICA when they were running the centre prior to us. This fact was hidden from us. Not only this, even many students certificates after the completion of their course were pending for which the ICA did not have any records and when the student went to the level of involving any Political party to intervene the ICA officials decided to issue the certificates to these old students on priority basis. But that too the documentation part of work were asked to complete by me with no details available in the system or any where. I was forced to sit one to one with all the old students to ascertain their records and status before ICA could merely print out these certificates.
As per the Agreement 20% of the gross amount of the course fees would go to the company and 80% of the amount would come to me. The entire fees was deposited for which I did not have any control and the company did not release or paid what I was entitled for.
Periodically, with out any prior notice ICA officials / representatives would come and visit the centre and on the pretext of audit, would find some or the other fault in the documentation and implemented fine in all up to Rs. 2, 50, 000/-. Which when we refused to pay, they Terminated our centre overnight without any prior notice on 12/08/2010. There is no provision of imposing such fines or penalty provided in the terms and conditions of the Agreement. In fact no training / induction were provided to me in the beginning though it was promised at the time of executing the Agreement.
The students had paid fees are also suffering since the company has refused to conduct the courses for which they have paid the fees. ICA is liable towards the students suffering for having failed and neglected to provide them the training. ICA officers / representatives are instigating the students against me in order to escape from their own liabilities.
I have incurred altogether Rs. 17, 18, 844/- for which I have records against which I have not received any amounts.
I request you to go through the above details and get me justice through your media and give the message to the nation how ICA treats its Business Partners and valuable students. ICA is on the look out of new Business Partners to add more Franchisees. This is only to pocket more money without any services not only to Franchisees but also to educated students who put on their or their parent’s hard earned money for a good career and job prospects.

There is some confusion between Institute of Professional Accountants &
Institute of Professional Accountancy though both use initials as IPA.
Another thing I challenge that every 99 out of 100 students (of Mumbai) will tell that ICA is USELESS, though some exceptions exist.

I think ICA is your brother in law that is why you are appraising it. It is a fraud organisation. This institute do fraud only. Please never join it. I am a victim. I can proov that they are fraud.

Jo (Lcte) lal bagh, lucknow ka student rah chuka hu jisme ica ke dwara ddugky project ke tahat ye pravdhan tha ki rs.100 perday/- ke hisab se har 15 dino ke antral me account me bhjej diye jayenge or 3 mahine ke course duration samapt hone ke bad ica ke dwara prashichad samapt hone bad job provide karane ka bhi provision tha but aaj tak na to aaj tak ek rupaya mere account me aaya hai or na hi koi job provide karyi gayi hai jabki meri joining 28/3/2015 ko huyi thi mera batch 28/06/2015 ko samapt ho gaya tha or aaj tak na koi paisa o0r job provide karayi gayi hai aise akele ham hi nahi balki more than 100 students ko bhramit kiya ja raha hai mord or ica ke dwara sanchalit ddugky project se related kisi bhi prakar ki janch-padtal nahi ki jati hai

Yadi ica ke kisi bhi adhikari se eske bare batane ki koshish ki jati hai to kahte hai ham kuchh nahi kar sakte hai jo mil raha hai usko chup chap le lo free ka hi to hai ica ke ankur mahodya call karne par batate hai abhi ma durga ki aaradhana chal rahi hai esliye ek hafte ki chutti hai dobara call karne par kahte hai ki kya ham dheka le rakhe ha i aise hamareica ke laparavah adhikari hai jinko hajaro baccho ka bhavisya savarne ki jimmedari sopi gayi hai or ham kaha jaye or kya kare es liye hamne social site ki sahayata se aap logo tak sandesh bhejna chahte hai ki aapne aaap ke sath ho rahe na insafi ke prati aawaj udhaye or apne hak ke liye ekjut hokar aapna adhikar aage badker le or un padadhikariyo se vinati hai ki aap log kab tak aisa karte rahege ki aap logo ki vajah se ham log gumrah ho rahe hai aap log aapni jimmedariyo ko kab samjhenge.

I was working as a Lecturer in ICA, Ahmednagar- Maharashtra during December-2014. The Pay was decided to as Rs.5, 000/- per batch. I took Two Batches and hence amount due was Rs.10, 000/- out of which i got only Rs.5, 000/-. The Worst part is if ICA is not afford to give Salary to its Lecturers why the hell they are opening so many branches. Inspite of calling the Franchisee Head over here, he is just telling that he will pay soon since one and half year. Its really Ridiculous. Though amount is not big, but as i gave my 100% for my work i have right to recover my dues. If any Senior Authority is reading this please contact the Ahmednagar Branch and take necessary action immediately. I have very bad opinion for ICA.
It just Promises but don't fulfills it. So rethink students before joining ICA. Better you go for some course where you will get 100% return of your input.

We are quite concern about the views your and complaints about ICA instiute, however were quite surprise to note that IPA (The Institute of Professional Accountants) is Delhi based registered institute and its head office in Delhi, there is no brach of IPA in mumbai.
Further We shall be obliged if you can tell us the exact location of so called IPA mumbai branch so that appropriate action can be taken
