sub;request for replacement of Intel motherboard

I have purchased an Intel motherboard DG 41 WV from ANGEL computer SL NO. BTWV02700442 .now its AUDIO is suddenly not working and even the hardware experts had also seen and hence we found the defect in mother board and I need replacement.when we contact the dealer he shows the terms of sale where he clearly mentioned that the customer should directly contact manufacturer for any replacement under warranty.It is still under warranty,if possible,please send anybody to my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com . I am also trying your c/care phone no.but it couldn't be possible.
