intel motherboard DG31GL — Denial of replacement

Dear sir,

I have purchased intel motherboadr of make DG31GL on Dt.02/02/09 from a reseller shop named "silver system, Nagpur". As per their diagnose one of its chip is burnt & they said that burnt problems is not covered under warranty.

please look into the matter & please reply at the earliest.

INTEL DG 31 MOTHER BOARD — Not working continues

I have purchased the system on 21th june 2008from MITHU COMPUTERS NAKODA COMPLEX, 1ST floor 11NARASINGAPURAM STREET MOUNT Road, RICHY STREET CHENNAI. From the date it self my computer functions was not in proper.in between it wiii hang like that, some time suddenly get off and when we press it do reboot, it wil not get on and take more time to get on. Inform the dealer, he told me it may RAM problem and gave another RAM . But stil the problem continues, ..., What is your sujection to solve the problem. Is it mother board complaint?...One more fault I observed, the internet function also not in proper.BSNL engineer suject me the cause of problem may due to mother board.

Please check the problem and take Neccessory action. Last one year I was faced lot.

Sirjee if you have the motherboard box, you will see the "Imported by" or "Distributed by" sticker. There will be a phone/email address. Contact them and they'll help you.
