i am brijesh kr. rana.i bought a intex home theater modal no. 5450 from eastwood enterprises, 109, mansarovar building, 90, nehru place, new delhi.dated 03/08/2011 with 1 year warranty. but now there is problam in its woofer.
when a call in customer care no.which is provided on its box ([protected]) there is no reply.i call up to eastwood enterprises they told me u have to call on nearest service center which is panipat.then i call on [protected] which is panipat service center no. then this no. is switch off last 15 days.
now you tell me sir what i do in this kind of situation.
IT Will harmful U in Future...Not warning but kind Request Which give Ur employee Excuse me.
