I have also worked in I.C, the same was faced by me as well. No appointment letters, salary slips and now my clients are suffering because of my seniors and the bosses in the company.
They make false claims to Clients as well as there own employees, have signed Yuvraj Singh as there brand ambassador but do not have the money for there employee's salary, incentive or commission.
We had to work there, 7 days a week, from 10 in the morning to any give time at night, taking offs would lead to deduction in salary, No H.R dept, lack of professionalism, no proper employee grievance channel.
If they treat there employees like this, dont know what the client's have to face. I guess that is how a LALA type co functions.

Well i also read your mail and got to know that was just a try from your side to demolish IC"s reputation.Even i am also working with the same organisation and not even have a single problem in the work environment or in management.
Even i can assure everyone to join IC and once get the experience of being an ICEAN.
It all depend on your work and performance what exactly u are giving to your organisation, may be you were not able able to justify your salary so why the company will give you incentive.
And as far as clients concern then this is not your client now this is IC"s client and we know how to handle our customer and how to give them services.
And if you would have taken any kind of initiative for your client so you have not lelf them in middle .so dont try to get sympathy and avoid to create any bad image of IC.

I Have just booked a flat in noida through IC . Pankaj Dhaka from IC gave me an excellent service and was quiet proud to be working for this company . i think if they they treat their employees like as mentioned above they will find it difficult to service thr customers .
I m in the same field of real estate in Noida and greater Noida . Never heard of IC cheat the clients or the staff. Some time back there was a issue related to one mentioned above, later I found that it wasn't the IC but his hard work which was missing .. NO PAIN NO GAIN... If company ask for results and one fails to accomplish then I don't think the organisation should keep feeding for no results. If IC was what ppl say then I don't think it would have reached the bench mark where it stand today.

i have no hard feeling for the company and its working culture..the people of top management are someone whom i always take as a role modles..they have so much of knowledge nad so much of zeal to tranfer there knowledge to there employess...i have worked for this company for about 2 years ...i took 4 promotion ...achieve everything which i could...i never ever doubt the intention of the company about paying to there employees...But there very serious lack of professionalism in middle level...i have seen my team leader has taken the due commission fromthe company but it was never given to us...it was nt only suffered by me but also my collueges..who had obviously left the company...they were the top performers...i have booked a flat in lotus zing and belevie me i have nt given the credit note ...i knoe this was because of mu team leader...now when i have left the company i m really doubtfull that i will get the credit note from the company...INvestors clinic is one of best of company to work in real estae...but it is a suggestion by an ex ICAN..to make things more professional...and make a department where lower level employee can put there side...in frount of comapny...They are the strenghth
we some ex employees of investors clinic ahmedabad. we were working for investors clinic since 1 year. we never seen such a fraud and cheater company ever. there were three teams working in ahmedabad office. they stopped operation of on team without any notice or information. we were 4 new joinee and 3 senior executive. they asked them to leave company as they leaving ahmedabad operations. Investors clinic has not given a single rupee as incentives to the employee as they committed 10% aas incentive of brokerage. they terminated many without any notice or information .. more than 25 employees left their job voluntarily. more than 35 employees left investors clinic in 1 year, we never seen this type fraud and cheater company. every employee is liable average of rs 70000 but this guys not given a single rupee as incentive, they give salary in date about 15 of month as the working cycle is 24 to 24. employee received half salary tho the achieved justification level. Mr honey katiyal ceo of investors clinic and his wife sakshi katiyal hr manager as well as the directors are never thought abouts their bde who are doing hard working for the company. we never seen this kind of froud company, think the people who cheated their employee, how they treat with their customers.. shame on you investors clinic

Let me tell you the worst case which happened in may 2012 year in the month of May.
In the particular company, almost all the employees cannot exit in the
normal condition either they would be thrown away from the company or
they just tainted by undue allegation of fraud, theft etc.. If any
employee gets the better opportunity.
It is very practical situation that if any employee gets better
opportunity then s/he does not tell the exact reason of his/her exit to
the concerned stake holder after knowing the culture of the company they
just put the personal issue in front of the management.
Let me tell you the case regarding the same.
There was one employee in the HR department (which is most sensitive
department for any of the organization) to whom i always seen working
very sincerely though he was underpaid, he never requested for salary
hike and any other benefit. Out of all the member of that he was very
cooperative to all the employee of this company. But his work was never
valued and the credit always went to some other women of the department.
Abruptly when he got the opportunity somewhere else he got the salary
hike from them but he made commitment somewhere else so could not take
his decision back and decide to move out from the company. He gave the
excuse of some family problem considering that if he portray the exact
reason then he would be pressurize by undue reason. He has given
resignation and gave proper handover to his colleagues then also the
management gave the worst treatment to him ignoring his hard work given
to the organization.
I was surprised after seeing that he was charged with theft of data and
the allegation of absconding after his move from the company. Moreover
they send one mail about that employee to all the employees mentioning
that he has been absconding from the company with some of the company
assets besides he has given proper handover to his colleagues.
Why do not they people understand that employees have not done marriage
with the company? If employer has the right to terminate employee then
employee also has the rights to move out from the company.
Still that employee is in shock that how any company can behave like in this unprofessional manner.
I would suggest to concerned person that human being are valuable assets for the company. Don’t take them granted.

One of the worst companies to work with. Non payment of salary and NO incentive. Directors have money to buy cars but cannot pay commissions and salaries.
They are least concerned about their employees.
Any developer gives them a dirt space to sell with good commission, they can fool clients with so called 'USP's and make a fool of clients.
Everyone please be aware. I would highly recommend not to deal with them.
